All orders are final. No returns or exchanges. If you have placed an order that you would like to cancel prior to shipment, please notify us immediately, so that we may attempt to cancel your order prior to shipment. After 24 hours, orders are non-refundable.
To report damage that occurred to items during shipping, please provide us the following within 48 hours of receiving your package:
1. Photos of the original shipping box, clearly showing any damage to the package.
3. Photos of the damaged item.
3. Your preference on a replacement or refund, and
4. The best phone number to reach you.
Email these photos and details to email@example.com - After submitting your request, our staff will review the information and submit a claim to the shipper with your damage report. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day, and will then reply via email, within 5 business days, with a resolution on the replacement item or refund. We may call you to discuss the damage and ask for further information.
